We can act as project managers, contractors or subcontractors, construction managers or site coordinators. We can offer you standard or customized. All types of mandates are possible if they correspond to our experience on specific subjects. With over 1,000 projects completed to date, and lessons lessons learnedwe are in a position to share our experience with you and define together the best solution.
Project risk analysis
Our approach is based on the SIA, PMI and ISPE standards and includes a multi-criteria risk analysis. multi-criteria risk analysis (scope, costs, quality and deadlines, laws, standards and directives, HSE). Following this analysis, a Project Management Plan is drawn up, if necessary, to address the risks. If the risks are low, a standard approach will be followed. All our projects are planned and managed using standard tools (WBS, RACI, OIL), to which we have added numerous adhoc tools developed by ourselves on the basis of our wealth of experience.
Construction site risk management
Our project managers and construction supervisors are trained by SUVA for risk management during execution. Numerous methods of site risk management have been developed over the years.
