OUR HISTORY

Founded in 2005 by three entrepreneurs from the fine chemicals and pharmaceuticals sector, Added Value Engineering initially focused on industrial consulting, aimed at linking the technical and financial aspects of a project.

After several assignments, the company evolved in 2008 into a process engineering office for various sectors. Added Value Engineering then expanded horizontally, adding services in electrical engineering, automation, heating, ventilation, sanitation and plant compliance.

Today, our company focuses particularly on high value-added services such as production facilities, environment, energy and workplace safety. In collaboration with our privileged partners in civil engineering, we also cover other areas of engineering, offering our customers a complete and simplified solution.

In 2023, Serge Golay joins founder Vincent Borgeaud at the helm of the company. Thanks to the contribution of his wealth of experience, his qualities in transformational leadership and strategic consulting, and his knowledge of the industrial landscape, this new high-performance management team can draw on complementary skills to take on large-scale mandates.
