PLANT SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE
Our mission is to develop safe installations. Safety is a theme that is particularly close to our hearts.
Safety is one of Added Value Engineering's core values, anchored in our corporate policy and guiding principles.
Our Health, Safety and Environment approach is summarized in our HSE manual. This manual complies with CFST directive 6508, and covers both engineering office activities and project implementation.
Installation compliance
AVe specializes in safety and compliance for installations, particularly for declarations of conformity for complete systems:
- Pressure vessels according to directive 2014/68/EU or OSEP, RS 930.114
- Set of machines according to directive 2006/42/EC
- ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU
Personal safety & projects
We pay particular attention to managing the mental constraints of our employees.
As far as projects are concerned, our management system has been developed around a multi-criteria analysis, based on the relevant laws, ordinances and directives (LTr, LAA and LPE) and CFST 6512 concerning plant safety.
Hygiene
In terms of hygiene, Added Value Engineering has designed installations in the following fields: food, medical, pharmaceutical, including handling of hyperactive substances (OEL less than 0.1microgram/m3).
