CHEF OF PROJECT PHARMA / CHEMISTRY SENIOR
Your tasks:
- Leadmultidisciplinarytechnicalprojects (process, EIA, HVAC) in direct collaboration with our clients.
- Ensure that projects are managed effectively in terms of cost, schedule, and quality.
- Leadandmotivateprojectteamsbyfostering constructive and effective collaboration.
- Identifypotentialrisks and implement appropriate solutions to anticipate or resolve them.
- Managethefinancialandadministrativeaspectsofprojects: budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.
- Maintainopencommunication with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure thatdeliverablescomplywithcontractual requirements and applicable standards.
- Promote and implement best practices in project management.
Your profile:
- A degree froman ETHora university of applied sciencesinchemical, mechanical, or thermalengineering
- At least7yearsof experiencemanagingcomplex technical projects
- Thorough knowledge of the standards and regulations in force in the pharmaceutical industry
- Good knowledge of industrial standards applicable to the chemical, mechanical or thermal sectors.
- PMP certification or equivalent (a plus)
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project or similar).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Languages: Fluent in French, business-level English, German (a plus).
